He’s the 7th most subscribed Youtube comedian (in Canada) and the 24th most subscribed of all time (in Canada) and he’s a dick. That’s right, I’m talking about Paul Telner.
I’ve been looking for a way to ease into this article, but there really is no easy way to call someone out like this. Paul Telner is a spastic little man with social problems. In short, he’s a dick. Here’s some of his more enlightened work:
You may or may not have seen him doing his thing on Youtube, if you haven’t seen him yet, you haven’t missed much.
Paul is a sad little guy who probably got beat up a lot in school but has since discovered the thrill of doing socially uncomfortable things on camera.
Yes, you’d be right in thinking that he’s relying on the Jackass phenomena. But the Jackass guys, at least, had some redeemable social qualities (drunks, nut-cases, masochists). Paul is probably just a sociopath, judging by how he treats the victims of his so-called pranks.
I was going to tell you all about his production company and his new shows “Apauled.tv” but frankly, I could care less and you shouldn’t care either. He’s dick and is best left ignored.

This guy is hilarious because he is one of the best absurdist comedians I have seen. using terms like ” dick” showcases how stupid you are…

@ John, ruffled feathers aside, if Paul is one of the best “absurdist comedians” that you’ve seen than I’d suggest widening your viewing habits.
Go give John Lajoie or Mitch Magee a spin. These guys are “absurdist” comedic giants compared to that Pip-squeak sociopath Telner, who basically watched some episodes of Jackass and decided to be disingenuous enough to copy the format.
…and me using a term like “dick” showcases that I call ‘em like I see ‘em, asshole.

Paul is awesome. He’s a very nice, talented, funny person. He takes time out of his day to talk to his fans even though he has so many of them.
He’s amazing.
You’re entitled to your own opinion. But resorting to name calling is rather childish.
