Thirteen episodes seemed to go by waaaay too fast. Anticipating “next week’s episode” is over for now. Sigh. Mondays just won’t be the same till they start season two.
Kip and Geoff have done a good job entertaining us and I really enjoyed this show. If you haven’t seen them before – go check out their web site and catch the first 12 episodes (it’s bite-sized entertainment). If you already know the show, here’s the last episode, “The Strip Tease”
What makes the Casanovas so enjoyable is the dialogue. The writing is snappy and the video work doesn’t get in the way, for the most part (in other words, the have a professional crew, so you can concentrate on the show and not be disturbed by things like crappy lighting or editing).
Kip and Geoff are old hands on the improv scene and they are usually spot-on with their acting, as are most all the extras in the show. And let’s be honest with each other…they’ve had some really beautifully ladies on the show. Come on. You know that you were thinking about that, too.
The Bottom Line:

Great Review! Spot on. Glad somebody else has found this show. My favorite one is the one where the one guy goes zip quink!

[...] This seems to be a common symptom amongst the online videos created by stage-based comedy troupes…and one which seems to bother not just me. Only a few really troupes seem to have made the transition from stage to video elegantly: the Groundlings and Casanovas. [...]
